Taif by Riiffs takes its name from the Saudi city known for its rose harvests, and it is a bright floral Extrait de Parfum for men and women. Iced ginger and Calabrian bergamot open it with a cool, zesty snap, lifted further by orange blossom and lemon. The heart is where the name earns itself: rose petals and tuberose, softened by musk so the floral stays fresh rather than heavy. Vanilla, amberwood and clearwood close it with a smooth, lightly sweet warmth. Despite the Arabian association there is no oud in it, which makes it a daytime floral for spring and summer.
