RIIFFS SEASONS RISE PERFUME

Seasons Rise by Riiffs is a floral gourmand Eau de Parfum for men and women that spends most of its life in dessert territory. Orange blossom, pink pepper and nutmeg give it a creamy, slightly peppery opening, with powdery orris underneath. The heart turns indulgent, caramel and toffee cut with cinnamon and herbal clary sage so the sweetness has somewhere to go. Vanilla bean and praline carry the base, grounded by amber, cashmeran and ambroxan for a warm, musky finish. It is built for cold weather and evenings, and for most people it is too rich for the office. Launched in 2025.

Expert Answers

What does Seasons Rise smell like?
It opens creamy and slightly peppery, with orange blossom and powdery orris lifted by pink pepper and nutmeg. The middle is the part people remember: caramel and toffee, with cinnamon and herbal clary sage keeping the sweetness in check. Vanilla bean, praline, amber and ambroxan finish it warm, musky and soft.
Is Seasons Rise too sweet for everyday wear?
For most people, yes, at least during the day. The caramel and toffee heart is genuinely rich, and clary sage and nutmeg only temper it rather than cutting through it. One spray on clothing instead of skin makes it far more wearable if you want to use it casually. Otherwise it is better kept for evenings.
How long does Seasons Rise last?
It is long-lasting, with reported wear times generally in the range of 6 to 10 hours on skin (results vary with skin type and climate), and strong projection early on. Figures differ between sellers and none come from the brand, so treat them as a guide. Gourmand fragrances like this also cling to scarves and coats for longer.
When is the best time to wear Seasons Rise?
Autumn and winter, in the evening. Cold air suits the caramel and vanilla, and the fragrance has enough weight to carry through a long night out. In summer heat it becomes heavy quickly. Dates, dinners and cold-weather occasions are the right setting; a shared office is not.
Is Seasons Rise the same as Riiffs Season Drift?
No. They are two separate fragrances from Riiffs, and the similar names cause a lot of mix-ups. This listing is Seasons Rise, the floral gourmand built on caramel, toffee and vanilla described above. Season Drift is a different composition in the same range. Check the name on the bottle if you have worn one of them before.
