1. Shipping Locations
The Fragrance Cart currently ships orders to customers in Canada and the United States, unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout.
Some products or shipping methods may not be available for certain provinces, states, territories, remote areas, P.O. boxes, military addresses, or restricted locations.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after our daily order cut-off time may begin processing on the next business day. During peak periods, public holidays, seasonal holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.
3. Shipping Methods, Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping options, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, carrier service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of CA$149.00 or more, before taxes and after any discounts or promotional codes are applied, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Free shipping applies to eligible standard shipping orders only. Express shipping, where available, may be offered for an additional charge.
Shipping rates for orders below the free-shipping threshold will be shown at checkout before payment.
5. Shipping Carriers
We may ship orders using Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, local couriers, or other carrier services depending on the destination, product type, shipping method, and availability.
The carrier selected for your order may vary and may be determined at our discretion.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. The Fragrance Cart is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the shipping address or order details.
7. Signature Requirements
A customer signature may be required upon delivery, depending on the shipping carrier, order value, delivery location, or security requirements.
If a signature is required and no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or attempt delivery again according to its own policies.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts and Returned Packages
The Fragrance Cart is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up a package, unavailable recipients, or other customer-related delivery issues.
If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, an incorrect address, or failure to collect the package, we may issue a refund once the package has been returned to us and inspected. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any carrier fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
9. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

10. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbours, building management, front desk staff, mailrooms, or the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by carrier issues, incorrect addresses, unattended delivery locations, theft, weather delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Where possible, we may assist you with a carrier investigation or claim.
11. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@thefragrancecart.ca.
Please include your order number, photos of the damaged package, photos of the damaged item, and any relevant delivery details. We may request additional information to help investigate the issue with the carrier.
12. Shipping Restrictions for Fragrance Products
Some fragrance products may be subject to carrier restrictions because they may contain alcohol or other regulated ingredients. Certain products may not be eligible for air shipping, expedited shipping, or delivery to certain locations.
We reserve the right to change the shipping method, delay shipment, or cancel an order if a product cannot be shipped safely or legally to the selected destination.
